Ingredients
- ¾ cup Grainova’s FABS atta
- 1 cup oats

- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup desi ghee or ¾ cup oil
- 3-4 tbsps full curd
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
- Begin by mashing bananas to a smooth consistency using a fork. Incorporate baking soda into the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly. 2
- Proceed by adding two eggs to the banana mixture, followed by jaggery powder and oil. Beat the mixture well to ensure a homogeneous blend.
- In a separate bowl, combine roasted and powdered oats with FABS multi-millets mix atta and cocoa powder, creating a dry mixture.
- To this, add curd, and enhance the flavor and texture by folding in chocolate chips and walnuts that have been finely chopped and dusted with flour. This step prevents them from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
- Prepare a baking tin by dusting it and lining it with parchment paper, then transfer the cake mixture into the tin, spreading it evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. The baking time may vary, so it's advisable to check the cake's doneness by inserting a skewer or toothpick into the center; it should come out clean when the cake is ready.
- For those who prefer or require an eggless version of this cake, the eggs can be substituted with an equivalent amount of milk, ensuring that the cake remains moist and flavorful while accommodating dietary restrictions. This versatile recipe, with its blend of nutritious ingredients and rich flavors, offers a delightful treat for any occasion.
