Welcome to Grainova. These terms apply when you use grainova.co.in and place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Product information

We try to keep product information on our website accurate and up to date. It is for general information only. Always read the product label, including ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and best-before date, before use.

2. Allergens

Our products are made from grains, millets, pulses and other natural ingredients and may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please read the label carefully and consult a healthcare professional if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction.

3. Availability

Product availability can change without notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will let you know and offer an alternative or a refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout. Payment options, including Cash on Delivery where available, are shown during checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within India. Orders of ₹499 or more ship free; a flat ₹99 shipping charge applies to smaller orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please make sure your address is complete and correct. See our Shipping policy for details.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Offers and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer (for example, one use per customer) and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, logos and text, belongs to Grainova or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Contact and grievances

For any question, complaint or grievance about an order or these terms, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them as quickly as possible.
