Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every Grainova order. Because our products are food items, we follow the rules below for hygiene and safety.

1. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel your order (fully or partly) before it is dispatched, from the My Orders section of your account or by emailing support@nainiflora.com.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a partial cancellation brings your order value below ₹499, the standard ₹99 shipping charge will apply.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired or not what you ordered, please tell us within 7 days of delivery by email, phone or WhatsApp, with:

• your order number, and
• clear photos of the product and the outer package (and the shipping label, if possible).

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item. If we need the product back, we will arrange a pickup, usually within 3–5 business days.

3. Items we cannot accept back

• Opened or used food products, unless they are defective.
• Returns because of personal taste preference. We still welcome your feedback, since it helps us improve.
• Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund to your bank account or UPI ID. We will ask you for these details.
• Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
