Grainova Gahat Dal is an heirloom legume treasured for generations in Uttarakhand, and organically grown using traditional methods in the Himalayan foothills.

• Generations of tradition: sown by the "chidkao" method from open-pollinated heirloom seeds

How to use: Gahat ki dal, gahat ke parathe, soups, and horse gram (kollu) chutney with hot rice. Consumed as a whole seed.
