Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 or more.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹499.

The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from our facility in Bhimtal, Uttarakhand.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You can check the estimated delivery date for your pincode on the product page.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details by email or SMS. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delays and failed deliveries

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will help.

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the package was refused, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please report it within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for how we resolve it.
