Industrial Visit Program – Factory Learning Experience

At Naini Flora, the company behind Grainova, we believe practical learning matters as much as classroom education. As part of our outreach, we regularly host industrial visits so students can see modern food manufacturing up close.

We were delighted to welcome students and faculty from these schools and colleges to our FMCG manufacturing unit for an interactive, educational visit.

Learning beyond the classroom

The visit was designed to give students practical knowledge of the FMCG industry and show how manufacturing works in a professional environment.

Hygiene and safety standards

At Naini Flora, hygiene and safety are top priorities. Before entering the production area, all students and staff were guided through our safety protocols. Visitors were provided with:

• Face masks
• Sanitisation support
• Safety instructions from plant supervisors

This helped students understand the importance of cleanliness, discipline and quality standards in the food industry.

An interactive experience

Our team guided the students through each section of the unit and explained the complete manufacturing workflow in a simple, engaging way. Students took part in discussions, asked thoughtful questions and showed great enthusiasm throughout.

The interaction helped them connect theory with real industrial practice, making the learning more effective and memorable.
