Industrial Visit Program – Factory Learning Experience

At Naini Flora, we believe that practical learning is just as important as classroom education. As part of our educational outreach initiative, we regularly organize industrial visits for students to help them gain real-world exposure to modern manufacturing and industrial operations.

We were delighted to welcome the students and faculty members of School & collage to our FMCG manufacturing factory for an interactive and educational industrial visit experience.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

The industrial visit was designed to provide students with practical knowledge about the FMCG industry and help them understand how manufacturing processes operate in a professional industrial environment.

Understanding Hygiene & Safety Standards

At Naini Flora, maintaining hygiene and safety is one of our top priorities. Before entering the production area, all students and staff members were guided through essential safety protocols.

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, visitors were provided with:

• Face masks
• Sanitization support
• Safety instructions from plant supervisors

This experience helped students understand the importance of cleanliness, discipline, and quality standards in the FMCG sector.

Interactive Industrial Experience

Our team members guided the students through different sections of the factory and explained the complete manufacturing workflow in a simple and engaging manner. Students actively participated in discussions, asked insightful questions, and showed great enthusiasm throughout the visit.
